Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in a relevant field is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong documentation and filing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS manuals and procedures.
• Update SOPs, work instructions and forms.
• Schedule safety training and prepare attendance records.
• Maintain training matrix and issue training certificates.
• Maintain legal register and track licence and permit expiry dates.
• Monitor inspection schedules and maintain statutory certificates.
• Assist with compliance reporting.
• Maintain PPE issuance records and monitor PPE stock.
• Maintain accident and incident records and file investigation reports.
