Job summary

Beyondsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a production background to join our Gelang Patah operations.

The role combines hands-on electronics troubleshooting and soldering with project coordination and team leadership to boost daily production efficiency. The ideal candidate has up to 4 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, strong PCBA troubleshooting and soldering skills, and familiarity with AI tool workflows for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EE) or equivalent.
• Up to 4 years of hands-on manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong PCBA troubleshooting and soldering/rework skills.
• Ability to lead a local production team and run technical meetings.
• Experience with AI tools or digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication to liaise with international stakeholders.

• Oversee daily production lines, perform machine-level troubleshooting, and ensure output meets standards without supervision.
• Perform hands-on PCBA soldering, component-level repairs, and diagnostic testing for complex assemblies.

• Drive and support AI-related project initiatives (such as integrating AI agents/tools to optimize manufacturing workflows and production tracking).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EE) or equivalent.
• Up to 4 years of proven hands-on working experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong skills in PCBA component-level troubleshooting and hands-on PCBA soldering/rework.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision, organize effective meetings, and lead technical discussions.
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or leading a team on the factory floor.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience implementing AI tools, automated agents, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
• Direct experience troubleshooting complex factory machinery and automated production equipment.
• Location: Based in or willing to commute to Gelang Patah / PTP, Johor.
