The Opportunity

The School of Business is seeking an Education Services Manager to lead core operational and administrative support for our undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs. Joining an integrated Education and Student Services team, you will act as a key link between academic leadership, teaching staff, and central University services.

In this role, you will oversee essential operations, including course and unit development, course and unit mapping exercises, end-of-semester results processing, unit offering management, and SETU evaluations. You will also supervise team staff, guide continuous service improvements, and provide expert administrative advice across the School.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, Education and Student Services
