Job summary

Monash University Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Employee Engagement to nurture a positive workplace culture. You will coordinate engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and Employer Brand activities while providing operational HR support and policy guidance.

Reporting to the Manager, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations, the role offers an inclusive environment and opportunities to influence staff experience across the campus in Malaysia. Closing date: 22 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources or employee engagement is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, staff welfare and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and Employer Brand activities.
• Provide operational HR support including routine policy guidance, staff query resolution and administrative workplace documentation.
