Job summary

UCSI Schools Group in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Marketing Communications professional to create and oversee campaigns across advertising, events, and digital channels for the Schools and programmes. You will plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and drive enrolment targets while collaborating with Principals, Group Corporate Affairs, and external agencies to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 3-4 years related working experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
• Performance oriented.
• Pro‑active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and oversee marketing communications programmes (internal/external) to describe and promote the Schools and its programmes.
• Plan, organise and coordinate all open days, education fairs, previews and marketing events; ensure targets in turnout and enrolment.
• Identify digital marketing needs, develop integrated campaigns and oversee execution with Schools and Group Corporate Affairs.
• Update website and execute social media strategies to increase leads, traffic and engagement; enhance SEO results.
• Coordinate production of marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, leaflets) and manage related budgets.
• Drive student enrolment targets; provide course counselling to prospective students and parents; follow up leads and assist in admissions.
• Budget management: anticipate project needs, prioritize work and meet deadlines; occasional evenings as required.
