Job summary

BeEDUCATION ADVENTURES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced AI Software Specialist to lead research, prototyping, and development of AI-driven solutions within BeED's platform.

The ideal candidate will train models, manage data pipelines, and integrate diverse software systems. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software, build robust data workflows, and explore emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in AI/ML model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and dataset preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple software systems/APIs into a cohesive platform.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning or natural language processing.
• Coding proficiency in Node.js and Angular is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI research and development initiatives aligned with BeED's product roadmap.
• Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models for various educational and operational use cases.
• Build and maintain robust data collection, cleaning, and training pipelines.
• Integrate AI-driven components seamlessly with BeED's existing systems and third-party platforms.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Explore emerging technologies and assess their applicability to BeED's ecosystem.
• Produce technical documentation, prototypes, and proof-of-concept projects.
