Responsibilities

• Develop trade marketing strategies and drive e-commerce execution to achieve sales, market share and commercial objectives.
• Drive platform-specific growth plans to increase sales, traffic, conversion and profitability.
• Lead monthly e-commerce campaigns, eventing calendars, and commercial plans to drive sales growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with brand, sales and multiple commercial functions to align trade marketing strategies and plans.
• Consolidate platform and company KPI dashboards to provide timely performance insights and recommendations.
• Manage, monitor and track the full-year trade marketing budget and optimize spend.
