Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Good understanding of the eCommerce industry & last mile delivery services in Malaysia.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates teamwork and customer service passion.
• Able to set priorities and manage time to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new eCommerce and B2B customers in the region.
• Manage a portfolio via personal sales visits and face-to-face contact.
• Lead customer presentations and proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Build annual call cycles to secure orders and reduce attrition.
• Maintain strong client relationships to maximise growth and retention.
• Prepare weekly pipeline updates and review opportunities.
