Zusammenfassung

Euroclear Malaysia seeks an experienced Operations professional to manage fund processing and trade execution workflows. You will coordinate with Transfer Agents, Fund Managers and clients, and drive process improvements while ensuring risk controls and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include handling escalations, supporting ad-hoc inquiries, and participating in system enhancements and UAT. Strong English, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of industry experience in financial services operations with understanding of investment operations and operational excellence.
• Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Well-developed organizational and critical thinking skills to resolve day-to-day issues independently.
• Good interpersonal skills and networking abilities with sub-custodians and internal/external departments.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy; knowledge of mutual funds and hedge funds is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Ensure accurate & timely order placement and execution of process GFX trades and follow up on escalation for issues and outstanding matters.
• Initiate and support process improvements to make the process more efficient or mitigate risks.
• Act as the primary coordination point for escalated operational incidents, client complaints, and service-related issues, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication with stakeholders.
• Attend to ad-hoc and escalation queries from Transfer Agent, Fund Manager and Clients.
• Identify and challenge non-standard or exception-based processes, ensuring risk assessments and controls before implementation.
• Involve in other tasks assigned by management including system enhancements, feedback on Business Requirement Documents, and user acceptance testing as needed.
• Regularly review team governance, documentation, procedures, risk assessment documents, etc.
• Assist Operations Manager for relevant ad-hoc tasks.

Your main responsibilities will Include:

• To be involved in any other task that assigned by the management including system enhancement functions, provides feedback on Business Requirement Documents, and participates in user acceptance testing as needed.
• Regularly review the team governance, documentations, procedures, risk assessment document etc.
• Assist Operations Manager for any relevant ad-hoc task.

Requirements:
