Job summary
Oman Shell in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced E-Mobility Business Development Analyst to coach Distributor Technical Advisors and equip them to specify Shell products for vehicles, machinery and equipment, including equivalents to competitors’ products.
You will train and coach in the field using global modules, collaborate with IC Sales AM to maintain and grow distributor relationships, and promote tools like LubeMatch and LubeAdvisor to improve technical capability and service levels
Qualifications
- Engineering degree and 5 years in a technical lubricants environment.
- Proven track record in technical and commercial development in B2B.
- Good command of English; Chinese and Malay language skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Build up technical competencies of Distributor Technical Advisors (DTA).
- Provide field coaching and training using global modules (DVP program).
- Collaborate with IC Sales AM to coach distributors and grow business.
- Promote Shell tools (LubeMatch, LubeAdvisor) to improve technical capability.
