Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical & Automation) to join our Site Engineering / CAPEX team. The role acts as SME for electrical and automation projects, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable and fit-for-purpose capital delivery on site.

You will lead requirements, URS/spec development, vendor coordination, commissioning and handover, and support PLC/SCADA changes (Siemens/Omron). Strong communication and collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical.
• 5+ years managing automation/electrical projects in pharma/medical device/semiconductor industries.
• Experience with database management and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical/automation project execution end-to-end on site.
• Define requirements for electrical safety and machine safety across CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for design, commissioning, and handover.
