Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Creative Design Executive – E-commerce to craft visuals for major online store platforms, manage end-to-end product listings, and drive engaging content across campaigns and launches. The role combines design with product storytelling and e-commerce execution.

Ideal candidates have a design background, 1–2 years’ experience, and a portfolio showing e-commerce or product work. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Design, Creative Media, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio that shows e-commerce or product work.
• Experience in product photography, photo retouching, e-commerce design, product content development or short-form video production is an advantage.
• You have worked with marketplace stores or supported product launches in a cross-functional team before.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain store visuals for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Build and update product listings end-to-end with clear titles, descriptions, specifications, application notes, approved pricing and on-brand visuals.
• Produce static visuals, short-form videos and simple motion graphics for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account, Commercial and Product teams to deliver creative assets for campaigns, promos and new launches.
