Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Multimedia Designer to own visuals that sell products and grow social presence. You’ll work directly with the founder on listings, social content, and short-form video in a remote setup.

Requirements include 1–3 years in multimedia or graphic design; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut; comfort with AI image generation; a strong eye for mobile-first, readable layouts and fluent English.

Qualifications

1–3 years in multimedia or graphic design (e-commerce or social media a plus).
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
Comfortable with AI image/content generation tools.
Strong eye for mobile-first design and clean, readable layouts.
Fluent written and spoken English — essential (team works in English).
Reliable, self-managing, and communicative in a remote setup (Work from home).
Portfolio showing product/listing design, social graphics, and edited reels.
Experience designing for Amazon or other marketplaces (nice to have).
Familiarity with short-form video trends and hooks (nice to have).

Responsibilities

Design mobile-first product listing images (main images, infographics, A+/EBC-style content) that are clear and convert on small screens.
Create on-brand social media graphics for Instagram and other channels.
Edit short-form reels from footage supplied — cut, pace, caption, and polish for Instagram/TikTok.
Use AI image/content generation to speed up ideation and production.
Turn briefs around quickly while keeping quality and brand consistency high.
