Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Graphic Designer to create promotional visuals for major e-commerce platforms and social media. Fresh graduates are welcome, with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Canva knowledge and basic video editing are advantageous, along with a strong eye for typography, layout, and branding. You will work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, developing banners, product images, and campaign artwork while maintaining consistent visual identity.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva or other design tools an advantage.
• Basic video editing for social media content is a plus.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
• Interest in fitness, gym, bodybuilding or sports supplements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design promotional visuals for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and social media.
• Create e-commerce banners, campaign artwork, product listing images and promotional graphics.
• Design content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Prepare artwork for monthly campaigns such as payday sales, double-digit campaigns, flash sales and product launches.
• Create and edit product images, including product cut-outs, backgrounds, layouts and key selling points.
• Develop simple infographics highlighting product benefits, nutrition information, flavours and product features.
• Resize and adapt artwork for different e-commerce and social media specs.
• Support marketing materials such as posters, flyers, vouchers, banners and other promo items.
• Maintain Muscle Bytes branding and visual identity.
• Handle multiple design requests and meet campaign deadlines.
