Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Multimedia Designer for a 1-year contract in Petaling Jaya. The role involves owning the ecommerce visual language, designing store assets, banners, and product thumbnails across marketplaces, while coordinating with multilingual teams and localizing content.

You will also produce social videos, livestream assets, and OOH concepts, using AI tools to scale output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in design with focus on eCommerce, marketing, video production, advertising industry.
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Advanced video editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Active hands-on proficiency with AI image & animation tools and translating AI capabilities into performing creatives.
• Strong portfolio showing social video work (TikTok/Reels) and storefront design.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design eCommerce assets including banners, SIS visuals, product thumbnails.
• Localize materials in MY, SG, ID languages for PDPs and assets.
• Create livestream OBS assets: 3D backdrops, animated stickers, promo overlays.
• Maintain storefront updates (~4x/month) and support major campaigns.
• Design for Online and Offline retail including OOH and in-store media.
• Produce social content videos at high volume and iterate with AI tools.
• Manage AI-assisted workflows for image/video generation and optimization.
• Upload final artwork to the Content Hub.
