Job summary

BrightPath Solutions in Malaysia is seeking an E-Commerce Support Assistant to manage the back-end e-commerce cycle, including data management, campaign management, and order processing and fulfilment.

You will support end-to-end marketplace operations, monitor performance, resolve disputes, and coordinate with internal teams during promotions, while maintaining SLA compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce platforms and order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end eCommerce marketplace operations by ensuring accurate order processing, product listings, pricing, inventory, and campaign execution across multiple platforms.
• Monitor operational performance, maintain platform integrity, resolve customer disputes, and ensure compliance with SLAs and brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams during promotional campaigns, perform quality audits, and implement pricing updates and inventory changes.
• Act as the operational quality checkpoint by providing guidance to junior team members, driving process improvements, supporting SOP implementation, and enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Title: E-Commerce Support Assistant | E-Commerce Support Executive
Salary : MYR3,300 – MYR4,500
Working location: Bukit Indah, JB
Working day: 5 working days, rest and off day might falls on weekday during online shopping campaign day.
Working hours 9am to 6pm

Job Requirements

• High School / Diploma or relevant certification in E-Commerce, Business Administrative, or any other related majors are preferred.
• Preferable with 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in using E-Commerce platforms and office productivity tools.
• Willingness to support night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when operation needs, especially during peak eCommerce campaign periods.
• Overtime compensation will be provided for night shifts and public holiday work arrangement.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends (will provide additional allowance when is required to work). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment and work under guidance.
