Job summary

Pineapple Media is seeking a capable livestream operations specialist in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end live stream events, coordinating scheduling, execution, and technical issues to ensure smooth broadcasts.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and independent teamwork. Prior experience in livestream operations, customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus. Own transport is required and you will work on site in Selangor.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end live stream operations including scheduling, execution, and technical coordination.
• Provide real-time support to hosts during broadcasts and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Analyze key performance metrics to optimize stream effectiveness.
• Develop engaging content through scripting and product briefings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet monthly targets.
