Job summary

Reolink is seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to manage our Amazon storefronts and multi-channel listings from Kuala Lumpur. You will upload products, refine English descriptions, and develop marketing plans to expand our global reach.

You will analyze sales data, optimize listings, and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining store policies and high seller ratings. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Amazon experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in Amazon sales and platform management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon listing rules and Seller Hub workflows.
• Experience with cross-border B2C e-commerce and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon storefronts, official website, and other multi-channel platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining Amazon storefronts, the official website, and other multi-channel platforms.


• Upload products, edit English descriptions and categorizations, develop marketing plans, and publish listings across Amazon's global marketplace sites.


• Optimize Amazon stores and product listings; utilize platform marketing tools and sales techniques (such as Promoted Listings and Markdown Manager) to enhance exposure and increase conversion rates.


• Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment in compliance with Amzon handling times and tracking upload standards.


• Analyze sales data regularly; adjust strategies and propose optimizations based on performance metrics like GMV, click-through rates, and advertising ROI.


• Maintain store policies, service metrics, and guidelines to uphold positive seller ratings, top-rated status, and overall store reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.


• Minimum 3 years of Amazon sales and platform experience; proficient in Amazon listing rules, Seller Hub workflows, and sales expansion tactics.


• Thorough understanding of eBay policies and the Cassini search engine; ability to resolve disputes, handle returns, and safeguard company interests.


• Expertise in cross-border e-commerce B2C operations; skilled in driving traffic within Amazon, with strong market acumen and marketing strategy capabilities.
