Samurai 2K Aerosol Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive in Johor Bahru, Malaysia to manage Amazon, Walmart.com, and Shopify stores. You’ll optimize product listings, maintain storefronts, and coordinate campaigns across platforms for growth.

You will work with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure brand consistency and revenue targets, while monitoring metrics like ACOS, ROAS, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon, Walmart.com, and Shopify stores on a day-to-day basis.
• Create, publish, and optimize product listings and catalog content across all platforms.
• Maintain storefront pages, collections, banners, and merchandising layouts.
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns, budgets, bids, and keyword strategies.
• Plan and execute promotions, coupons, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversions, ACOS, ROAS, margin, and other KPIs.
• Coordinate inventory availability, replenishment planning, and fulfillment readiness.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, account issues, and compliance risks.
• Track reviews, ratings, customer questions, and account health metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for growth.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to achieve e-commerce targets.

Position Summary

The E-Commerce Marketplace Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company's online sales channels. Including Amazon, Walmart.com, and Shopify. This role oversees product listings, storefront management, digital merchandising, promotions, marketplace advertising, inventory coordination, account health, and performance reporting to drive revenue, profitability, and brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms. The scope matches the Samurai 2K USA operating plan, which includes storefront updates, listing launches, catalog QA PPC management, inventory planning, promotion calendars, pricing tests, review management, and monthly performance tracking.
