Job summary

Decor Hub Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Growth Manager to own online sales across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website, while driving growth and digital marketing initiatives.

This hands-on role focuses on ecommerce operations with commercial ownership and a profit-sharing scheme, collaborating closely with the Founder and management team to achieve profitable online growth in a fast-moving SME environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Experience managing or leading an e-commerce function preferred.
• Strong practical experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee and/or Website.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website; develop sales plans and growth initiatives.
• Monitor GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, ROAS and profitability.
• Manage pricing, promotions, vouchers, campaigns and product assortment.
• Analyze channel P&L, margins, platform fees and advertising costs.
• Identify underperforming products/channels and implement improvements.
• Coordinate inventory and stock planning for campaigns and key products.
• Prepare regular performance reports and management recommendations.
• Oversee TikTok Live operations and live-host performance; improve live traffic and conversions.
• Grow the TikTok affiliate programme; identify affiliates and KOLs; review commissions and promotions.
• Coordinate content, paid traffic, affiliates and campaigns to drive growth; optimize CAC and ROI.
• Provide input on content and campaign priorities based on sales performance.
