Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Operations professional to manage day-to-day platform activities, optimize product listings, and execute strategic promotions to drive sales and improve customer experience.

The role requires 2–3 years in e-commerce, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong analytical capability to monitor market trends and performance. You will collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma/bachelor's degree in digital marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in e-commerce, preferably familiar with TikTok Shop operation.
• Required language: English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical skills and ability to stay updated on market trends and changes in the e-commerce environment
• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to adapt in fast pace environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the E-commerce platform to ensure functionality, user experience, and overall performance.
• Manage product listings and implement merchandising strategies to highlight featured products, promotions, and new product launching
• Conduct regular analysis (e.g., competitor, sales performance) to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, execute, and assess promotional campaigns to maximize sales and enhance conversion rates and traffic.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock replenishment and timely order fulfilment.
• Foster and maintain relationships with platform partners to ensure collaborative success.
• Work closely with Customer Service team to respond promptly on customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless operation, including marketing, warehouse, and customer service etc.
