Job summary

Yosogo Writing Instrument Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Operator to support daily fulfilment and warehouse tasks in Penang. You will pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders, ensuring accuracy and proper stock handling.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with the team. You will monitor stock levels, replenish picking locations, and maintain 5S standards in the e-commerce area.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, warehouse, fulfilment or inventory operations.
• Able to read product codes, labels and orders.
• Physically fit for picking, packing, lifting and stock replenishment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations.
• Pick and pack orders; verify products and quantities.
• Scan barcodes and verify accuracy against orders.
• Check stock levels and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in e-commerce and warehouse areas.
• Prepare parcels for courier collection and label appropriately.
