Qualifications

• Fresh graduates may apply.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in creating product listings, managing inventory, and visual content creation.
• Experience with Magento is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings across all platforms including marketplaces and online stores.
• Check and update product packaging information to ensure accuracy.
• Upload and maintain consistent product information across all platforms.
• Provide support to customer service and warehouse teams when required.
• Handle Lazada and Shopee live chat requests.
• Conduct basic quality control checks to ensure listings, visuals, and stock data meet standards.
• Identify and report inconsistencies, errors, or issues in listings, visuals, or stock data.
• Oversee returns and refunds, resolving disputes with appropriate proofs.
• Verify and process returned parcels with required evidence.
• Manage partial order cancellations with clear customer communication.
