Job summary

CIMPCO MALAYSIA is hiring a Senior IT Consultant to design and implement Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service and Power Platform solutions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role offers a hybrid work model with two office days weekly and opportunities to work on global projects from Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of client-facing IT consulting experience and strong Dynamics 365 / Power Platform skills, including Dataverse and ALM. Excellent English and client-facing mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing IT consulting or enterprise technology delivery experience.
• Strong Dynamics 365 / Power Platform expertise; Dataverse, security, solutions and ALM.
• Exposure to JavaScript, C#/.NET, REST APIs, Azure Functions or Logic Apps desirable.
• Excellent English, client orientation, analytical rigor, ownership and AI-first mindset.
• Reference letter from most recent employer required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service and Power Platform solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate implementations.
• Deliver integrations, ALM and client workshops; use Copilot and AI-assisted engineering.
