Job summary

Annata is seeking a Dynamics F&O Support Developer to join the APAC support team in Malaysia. You will debug, resolve, and develop fixes for Dynamics F&O and Annata A365, collaborating with Partners and Customers within BAU operations.

You will be responsible for estimation, testing, documentation, and timely ticket resolution while following support processes and SLAs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working experience as a developer.
• Proficient in programming languages X++ and C#.
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience designing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Proficient with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Dual Write is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience with ticketing systems and support tooling for customer-facing tickets.

Responsibilities

• Debug, isolate root cause and fix on assigned tickets related to Dynamics F&O and Annata A365.
• Complete internal acceptance testing of fixes and solutions.
• Provide estimates on work.
• Handle Partner and Customer tickets efficiently.
• Follow defined support processes.
• Replicate issues using documentation and progress tickets.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure all support documentation aligns with processes.
• Prioritize work to meet targets and SLAs.
• Escalate tickets when SLA breaches occur.
