Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a motivated CRM Specialist to configure and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 in on-premise and online environments. You will implement workflows, security roles, data integrations, and custom plugins to meet business needs.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, support workshops, and work with remote R&D teams on incidents and integrations via WebAPI and SFTP, following secure deployment practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, including on-premise and online deployments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Dynamics 365 environments (on-premise and online).
• Design and implement workflows and process automation.
• Develop custom CRM plugins and form customizations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Work with remote R&D teams to troubleshoot CRM issues.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via WebAPI and SFTP.
• Follow CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment practices.
