Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites qualified candidates for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Developer role. You will design, develop, and support enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions in a banking environment, leveraging Dataverse, Plugins, and CIF.

Strong C#/.NET coding and API integration are essential for success. The position requires 3–7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM implementations, a relevant degree, and solid testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of application development experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• 3–7 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM implementation and development experience.
• Strong hands-on C# and .NET development skills.
• Deep Dynamics configuration and development experience: Dataverse, Plugins, Workflows/Power Automate, CIF.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with KingswaySoft and/or SSIS.
• Experience with Azure, Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Solid SDLC, coding standards, testing and defect management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Detailed Level Design (DLD), technical specifications and documentation.
• Perform hands-on C#/.NET coding, debugging and defect resolution.
• Develop and configure Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Plugins, Workflows and CIF integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, KingswaySoft and SSIS.
• Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, SIT and support UAT.
• Prepare test plans, scripts and technical docs.
• Analyse and resolve defects identified during testing and production support.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security and IT standards compliance.
• Manage application changes, enhancements and IT service requests (ITSR).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Developer to develop, enhance, integrate and support enterprise applications within a banking environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, C#/.NET, Dataverse, plugins and system integration, together with solid software development and testing practices.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

Prepare Detailed Level Design (DLD), technical specifications and application documentation.

Perform hands‑on C#/.NET coding, debugging and defect resolution.

Develop and configure Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Plugins, Workflows and Channel Integration Framework.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, KingswaySoft and SSIS.

Perform Unit Testing (UT), System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and support UAT.

Prepare test plans, test scripts and technical documentation.

Analyse and resolve defects identified during testing and production support.

Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding, security and IT standards.

Manage application changes, enhancements and IT service requests (ITSR).

About you
