You'll manage documentation for smooth transactions, host live product demonstrations, and help expand our used car inventory to hit team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in retail, hospitality or related sectors preferred.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Training will be provided by Carsome.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to match customers with vehicles.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete relevant records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host live product demonstrations and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to expand inventory and hit team targets.
