Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated supply chain operator to coordinate daily activities, monitor inventory levels, and ensure material availability based on demand and operations needs.

You will process orders in the ERP system, coordinate with suppliers, track SLAs, and work with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve issues while driving continuous improvement and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation and stock verification.
• Plan and coordinate material availability based on customer demand and operational requirements.
• Process and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Perform vendor master data maintenance and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure on-time fulfillment in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Transport teams to resolve operational issues.
• Generate and analyze supply chain, inventory, and operational reports to support business decisions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory while recommending improvement initiatives.
• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inventory-related matters.
• Ensure all supply chain documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company procedures.
• Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
