Pantai Bharu Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Admin to support our Klang service centre operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates wanting hands-on experience in administration and the automotive industry, with exposure to basic marketing activities and service centre operations.

The position offers a pathway to learn front-desk operations and customer handling while supporting the Service Advisor team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communication (English & BM).
• Interest in cars, customer service, or automotive operations.
• Prior experience in retail/service is an advantage, but not required.
• Students or fresh grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation for the service centre.
• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and related administrative documents.
• Maintain proper filing and records of service-related documents.
• Assist with basic data entry, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide basic support for marketing activities when required.
• Assist with general coordination and administrative matters within the service centre.
• Shadow the Service Advisor to gain exposure to customer handling, service processes, and front-desk operations.
• Support the Service Advisor team when required to ensure smooth daily operations.
