Job summary

You will handle daily administrative tasks, invoicing, and documentation, assist with basic marketing activities, shadow the Service Advisor at front desk, and help coordinate service centre activities for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and confident in communication (English & BM).
• Interest in cars, customer service, or automotive operations.
• Prior experience in retail/service is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation for the service centre.
• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and related administrative documents.
• Maintain proper filing and records of service‑related documents.
• Assist with basic data entry, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide basic support for marketing activities when required.
• Assist with general coordination and administrative matters within the service centre.
• Shadow the Service Advisor to gain exposure to customer handling, service processes, and front‑desk operations.
• Support the Service Advisor team when required to ensure smooth daily operations.
