ISP Malaysia - Tenby International School Setia Ecohill is seeking a Secondary EAL Teacher to plan, deliver and develop English language support across the Secondary School. The role focuses on helping students build confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing to access the wider curriculum.

The successful candidate will differentiate instruction, employ targeted support, and foster a learning environment that promotes independence and academic English proficiency for diverse learners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field; PGCE/CELTA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in EAL/ESL or international school setting.
• Experience supporting students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of EAL teaching strategies and language acquisition.
• Ability to develop engaging lessons and differentiate instruction.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work with teachers, colleagues and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging EAL lessons that support speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Assess pupils using formative and summative methods and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with subject teachers and parents to monitor progress.
• Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing policies.
