Responsibilities

• Actively hunt and close new sales.
• Pitch, present, and promote products to clients.
• Work with targets and hit KPIs.
• Follow up with leads and build long-term relationships.
• Report daily/weekly progress to manager.
• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
• Use CRM to track leads and opportunities.
