The successful candidate will handle logistics, maintain records, support policy implementation, and assist the sales team with relevant documentation and information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and general office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Manage logistics and shipping arrangements for outgoing orders.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Support the sales team with operational information and documentation.
