Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in Kulai to handle enquiries at the sales gallery, roadshows and events, and to work toward personal targets. You will coordinate with financial institutions to obtain end-financing for property purchases and maintain relationships with real estate agencies.

Responsibilities include timely lead follow-ups, reporting, keeping marketing materials in excellent condition, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales, preferably within property or real estate.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of property rules, regulations, and industry guidelines is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries at the sales gallery, roadshows, exhibitions, and other sales events.
• Achieve individual sales targets set by the Management.
• Assist purchasers in obtaining end-financing for their property purchases by coordinating with financial institutions.
• Provide sales support and maintain good working relationships with appointed real estate agencies.
• Follow up promptly on all sales leads generated through the Company's marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and updates on a regular basis.
• Ensure the sales gallery, show units, and marketing materials are well-maintained and presented in excellent condition.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance and after-sales services.
• Report property defects and coordinate with the relevant departments for rectification works.
• Keep abreast of the latest mortgage packages and interest rates offered by financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing purchasers by providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
