Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad is seeking a Branch Manager for Northern Malaysia to lead branch operations, sales and service excellence. You will oversee compliance, drive performance, and develop staff to exceed goals in a dynamic banking environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in branch operations or leadership roles, strong knowledge of banking products, and a proven track record in sales. Licenses in wealth & banca are advantageous, with a high-energy, goal-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills.
• Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage.
• Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement.
• Comfortable with a goal oriented environment.
