Allwin Textile Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Dyeing Quality Officer to join the quality team. You will be responsible for incoming, in-process and final product inspections to ensure fabrics meet quality standards and customer specifications.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to maintain documentation, and collaboration with production and other departments. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for coordinated communication with the China team.

Formación

• Minimum School Certificate; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, textile, quality control or laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, GRS, OEKO-TEX and textile testing methods is advantageous.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred due to coordination with China-based team.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with production and other departments.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

Incoming Inspection - Inspect raw materials such as fabrics to ensure they meet the required quality standards before production.

In-Process Inspection - Monitor production processes and identify quality issues or defects at an early stage.

Final Product Inspection - Check finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Documentation - Maintain inspection records, audit documents and non-conformity reports.

Complaint Investigation - Assist in identifying the root cause of customer quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements

Minimum School Certificate; higher qualifications are an advantage.

At least 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, textile, quality control or laboratory environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Knowledge of ISO standards, GRS, OEKO-TEX and textile testing methods will be an advantage.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the position involves regular communication and coordination with our China-based team.

Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with production and other departments.
