Sunway Hotel Big Box in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, invites a proactive Duty Manager to lead front office and guest services teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding service.

You will supervise check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, address complaints promptly, monitor occupancy and staffing, and analyze performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and technology.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork.

About the role As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel. This full-time position will see you managing the day-to-day activities of the front office and guest services teams, while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.
