Job summary

Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang is seeking a Duty Engineer to lead the engineering team and ensure smooth operation of all equipment. You will manage technicians, prioritize emergencies and support projects.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Diploma/Certificate and has 3+ years in the field, with fluent English and strong interpersonal skills. Shift work and a proactive approach are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Fluent English (and the local language)
• Solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Motivator, self-starter and a teamplayer.
• Willing to work shifts.
