Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a motivated junior professional to assist in SAP Concur administration and related finance operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle user setup, expense review, and issue troubleshooting, while supporting testing, configuration documentation, and cross-functional rollouts.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or project exposure in finance operations or ERP implementations is an advantage. Strong Excel and data handling skills are expected.

Qualifications

Job description

Assist in the day-to-day administration of the SAP Concur system, including user setup, expense report reviews, and troubleshooting.

Help test and document system configurations, process updates, and new feature rollouts.

Respond to basic user queries or issues, escalating complex matters to senior team members or the Concur support team.

Prepare and validate reports or dashboards from Concur for Clients.

Participate in system implementation projects and integration testing with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).

Work closely with our Project Delivery Team on Concur implementation

Maintain/Update documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Internship or project exposure in finance operations, ERP, or system implementation will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of expense management or financial workflows.

Familiarity with SAP Concur, ERP systems, or automation tools (advantageous but not mandatory).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.

Knowledge of data integration or scripting (for Computer Science graduates) is a plus.
