Job summary

Hume Cement Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Driver to support travelling needs and daily vehicle duties. You will perform daily pre/post checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and assist with special assignments as required.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver, a valid D class driving license, and basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and basic English, plus GPS usage, are desirable.

Qualifications

• SPM holder.
• Must possess a valid D class driving license from RTDB.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of using GPS/Waze.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily pre/post check of vehicle to ensure uninterrupted travelling needs.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness at all times.
• Assist in special assignments as required.
• Ensure preventive maintenance on the vehicle at the authorized service center.
• Assist in 5S activities at the office and support 5S.
• Implement and ensure the Safety, Health, and Environment system within the work area.
• Strictly comply with the Quality & Energy Management System and SH&E rules and regulations.

Job description

Daily pre/post check of vehicle is required to ensure MD's Travelling needs are uninterrupted

To ensure vehicle cleanliness at all time

To assist in any special assignment as and when required

To ensure Preventive Maintenance on the vehicle is properly done at the authorized service center

To assist in all 5S activities at the Office and to play supportive roles for 5S.

Implement and ensure the Safety, Health, and Environment system within the work area complies with company policy, objectives, standards, and guidelines.

To strictly comply with the Company Quality & Energy Management System, Safety, Health, and Environment Rules and Regulations.

Job Requirements

SPM holder

Possess valid driving license D class from RTDB
