Job summary

Sri Seltra Sdn Bhd in Ampang, Selangor, is hiring a Driver cum Dispatch on a full-time basis. You will operate company vehicles, manage dispatch schedules, and liaise between drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a valid driving licence, clean record, and experience in logistics or dispatch. You will maintain logs, monitor fuel use, and support inventory while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking.
• Knowledge of Selangor routes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable and punctual with professional standards.
• Class 2 or higher licence preferred.
• Experience in logistics, courier or transportation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, routes and driver assignments.
• Record logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance and deliveries.
• Respond to dispatch requests and prioritise deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and management to confirm delivery times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured and transported to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of vehicles and dispatch areas.
• Monitor fuel efficiency and vehicle utilisation.
• Support inventory management and track assets during transport.
