Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd is seeking a professional Driver for the Director's office in Tampoi, Johor. The role requires delivering secure, punctual transportation for the Director and VIP guests, while upholding the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

The successful candidate will maintain the vehicle, plan efficient routes, and coordinate with the Director's office to support executive operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Malaysian driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 5 years' professional driving experience, preferably with executives or VIPs.
• Strong knowledge of Johor roads and surrounding areas.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and safety-conscious driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the Director and VIP clients, ensuring punctuality to all scheduled appointments and engagements
• Maintain the vehicle in optimal condition, conducting routine maintenance checks, cleanliness and mechanical safety inspections
• Plan and optimise routes to ensure efficient travel whilst considering traffic conditions and time management
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all conversations, itineraries and sensitive information encountered whilst on duty
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, demonstrating defensive driving techniques at all times
• Manage fuel, maintenance records and vehicle-related documentation accurately and promptly
• Coordinate schedules with the Director's office and other departments to ensure seamless logistics
• Provide professional customer service to passengers, including assistance with luggage and other courtesies as required
• Report any vehicle issues or concerns immediately and follow procedures for vehicle repairs and servicing
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times, representing the company positively

Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd is seeking a professional and experienced Driver for our Director's office to provide dedicated transportation services to senior executives and VIP guests. This is a full-time position based in Tampoi, Johor, where you will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual and discreet transportation whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. As a Director's Driver, you will play an integral role in supporting the smooth operations of our executive team and representing the company's image through your conduct and vehicle maintenance standards.

What we're looking for

• Valid Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record and at least 5 years of professional driving experience
• Proven experience as a driver for senior executives, VIP clients or in a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Johor and surrounding areas
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability and punctuality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all circumstances
• Sound understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform routine checks
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required and adapt to changing schedules
• Courteous and respectful attitude with the ability to work independently
• Physical fitness to assist with luggage and other practical duties as needed
