Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy seeks a Transportation & Driver to operate the shuttle between LRT Klang Pasar Besar and HQ, ensuring safe, punctual transport during peak hours and monitoring passenger bookings.

You will also handle vehicle care, basic daily checks, and coordinate ad-hoc travel for executives with strict adherence to road rules and company policies. SPM or Diploma required; valid driving licenses essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid personal and commercial driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of road rules and safe driving practices.
• Experience in coordinating passenger transport and schedules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company shuttle service as per approved schedule.
• Ensure passengers are transported safely and punctually during peak hours.
• Monitor bookings and maintain orderly boarding and alighting processes.
• Coordinate inter-office travel and ad-hoc travel arrangements when required.
• Keep the vehicle clean and conduct basic daily checks; arrange servicing when needed.
• Report defects or maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.

Operate the company shuttle service between LRT Klang Pasar Besar and HQ Big Caring Group according to the approved schedule.

Ensure employees are transported safely and punctually during morning and evening peak hours.

Monitor passenger bookings and maintain orderly boarding and alighting processes.

Transportation Support

Support inter-office travel, document deliveries, and transportation requests from various departments as and when required

Assist in transporting employees, visitors, candidates, or external stakeholders outside shuttle service operating hours as and when required.

Provide transportation support for CEO, including ad-hoc travel arrangements as and when required

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

Ensure the company van is kept clean at all times, including arranging regular car wash and interior cleaning.

Conduct basic daily checks on vehicle condition (e.g., tyres, fuel, lights, cleanliness).

Coordinate and send vehicle for scheduled servicing and maintenance.

Report any defects, damages, or maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company transportation policies.

Maintain safe driving practices at all times and prioritize passenger safety.

Support operational duties assigned by the department from time to time.

Requirements

Possess an SPM qualification or Diploma in a relevant field.

Valid personal and commercial driver's licenses

GDL & PSV License is preferable

Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous

Thorough understanding of road regulations
