Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a responsible Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company guests and to handle timely collection and delivery of documents and items.

You will plan routes, maintain vehicles, keep records, and comply with traffic laws and safety procedures. The ideal candidate has a valid driving license, 2+ years of experience, good local knowledge, and dependable professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably as a Company and/or Personal Driver.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• No serious traffic offences or criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for Company’s guests, including arranging and facilitating customer visits to the Company.
• Handle the timely and secure collection and delivery of Company documents and other assigned items.
• Plan and optimize travel routes efficiently to ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow company instructions, schedules, and procedures with minimal supervision while demonstrating a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, while complying with applicable traffic laws and company safety requirements.
• Maintain the cleanliness, proper condition, and general upkeep of company vehicles, and carry out routine checks and preventive maintenance as required.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and other relevant documentation where required.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department / Management from time to time.
