Job summary

Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated driver to report directly to the Managing Director in Kuala Lumpur. Qualifications

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license with a good driving record.
• Good knowledge of roads and locations within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and other parts of Malaysia.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Managing Director and ensure punctuality at all times, including starting work according to the assigned schedule.
• Safely transport the Managing Director to meetings, appointments, and other official duties as required.
• Be available and prepared to be on call for duties as and when required by the Managing Director.
• Assist in running errands and performing other duties as requested by the Managing Director or the Company.
• Ensure safe, responsible, and defensive driving practices at all times.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
• Conduct regular checks on the vehicle and ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
• Comply with all Company SOPs, policies, and regulations.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and basic office support when there are no driving assignments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.

Willing to be transferred to other sections or branches of the Company when required.
