Job summary

Lion Parcel is seeking a reliable courier driver to manage scheduled parcel pickups and on-time deliveries across specified routes. You will scan parcels, hand them over to recipients, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have valid Malaysian driving licences (Class B2/D, with GDL where required), experience in courier services, and the ability to handle loading, unloading, and local route operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licences required with appropriate class for assigned vehicle.
• Goods Driving Licence (GDL) required where applicable.
• Class E licence is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in courier/logistics delivery preferred.
• Able to load/unload parcels and deliver to customers on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and late parcel pickups within assigned routes.
• Perform accurate scanning and handover of parcels at each touchpoint.
• Handle off-size/off-weight parcels per SOP.
• Maintain assigned vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition.
• Report delays, damages, or service issues promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at customer touchpoints.
• Comply with traffic, safety, and company SOPs at all times.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Report delays, damages, or service issues to the Lead Courier promptly

Provide professional, courteous service at customer touchpoints

Comply with traffic, safety, and company SOPs at all times

Requirements / Qualifications

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence, Class B2 and/or Class D, depending on the assigned delivery vehicle.

Possess a valid Goods Driving Licence (GDL) appropriate to the vehicle class, where required for commercial delivery operations.

Class E driving licence is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Previous experience in courier services, parcel delivery, or logistics transportation is preferred.

Able to handle parcel loading, unloading, and delivery activities.

Familiar with local routes, road safety regulations, and delivery procedures.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
