Job summary

Federal Express Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Courier in Penang on a 2-year contract basis. The role involves safe pick-up and delivery, operating company vehicles in line with regulations, and delivering courteous customer service.

Applicants should have SPM or equivalent qualification, a Class E driving licence, a clean driving record, and be able to work rotating shifts including overtime to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick-up and delivery activities in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations and company procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions.
• Handle, pack, load, and unload shipments in accordance with operational and safety standards.
• Ensure shipment documentation, scanning, and delivery records are completed accurately.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
