Job summary

HAN AIK HARDWARE SDN BHD is seeking a reliable chauffeur to provide professional driving services for the Managing Director and designated personnel. The role requires handling long-distance trips, including travel to Singapore, and maintaining strict confidentiality of clients.

Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Additional duties include ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness, performing minor maintenance, and working beyond normal hours when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school qualification with a valid Class D driving licence.
• At least 1–2 year(s) of relevant work experience.
• Able to drive long distances (e.g., JB to KL or further).
• Able to drive in Singapore; a valid passport is required.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Willing to handle non-halal products (carry alcohol) and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeur service to the Managing Director or other designated persons.
• Work beyond normal hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Comply with road traffic laws and maintain valid driving licence.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients' identities and information.
• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, serviced, and safe.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Comply with all applicable road traffic laws and regulations and ensure that the driving license remains valid at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients' identities, personal information, discussions, and business matters.
• Ensure the vehicle well-maintained in a safe & clean manner by regular servicing, cleaning, washing, polishing etc.
• Perform minor maintenance task on the vehicles when necessary.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
