Qualifications

• Graduation with 5+ years of relevant experience in proposals.
• Experience in drilling function.
• Experience in commercials, tenders and proposals.
• Experience in end-to-end tendering and knowledge of cost models.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, identify requirements, and ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, proposals, and bids within deadlines.
• Work with finance and commercial teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Analyze cost structures and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for bids.
• Ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets and market competitiveness.
• Identify and assess risks associated with tender submissions.
• Facilitate tender review meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
